PRICING

What it costs depends on what we find.

Imparo engagements have two stages — the audit, and what (if anything) you decide to do after. The audit is always fixed-fee and time-bounded. What comes after — whether it's AI builds, automation rollouts, agent deployments, or a retainer to execute the full roadmap — is shaped by your business's specific opportunities and is genuinely optional. The audit is structured to be useful on its own, regardless of what you choose to do next.

STAGE 1 · THE AUDIT

Two weeks. Fixed fee. Written readout.

You walk away with a workflow map specific to your business, three Pilot Agent or automation specifications, a 90-day deployment roadmap, ROI math anchored to your business's actual economics, and a peer benchmark. Total leadership time across two weeks: 5-8 hours.

Fee discussed in the 30-minute fit call. Sized to the business — a 25-person wealth practice, a 40-person roofing company, and a 60-person law firm don't pay the same. No proposal cycles, no scope creep clauses, no consultant filler.
STAGE 2 · OPTIONAL · AFTER THE AUDIT

Builds, retainer, or fractional engagement.

For businesses that want help executing the roadmap rather than running it alone. Three shapes:

Builds. Fixed-scope deployment of specific Pilot Agents, automations, or AI workflows identified in the audit. Useful when you know which one or two pieces you want delivered and want a clear deliverable rather than an ongoing engagement.

Monthly retainer. Ongoing build, deployment, and quarterly re-measurement across the full roadmap. Three-month minimum. Longer terms at a discount. Auto-renews. Pause-able with 30 days notice.

Fractional engagement. A fraction of a senior operator's bandwidth without the full hire. Useful when the audit identifies that your business needs a Head of Operations, Head of AI, or Head of Practice but isn't ready to commit to a full-time role yet.

Build, retainer, and fractional pricing depends on engagement scope. Discussed transparently before any commitment, with the workflow map and roadmap as the anchor. No surprises mid-engagement.
FIT

Who Imparo works for. And who it doesn't.

No one benefits from a bad fit — not your business, not Imparo. Below: the explicit fit/no-fit signals. If your business sits in the right column, the diagnostic and a fit call are still useful, but we'll likely recommend a different shape of engagement or a different vendor entirely.

Works for

  • Businesses 1-100 people across every industry
  • Partner-led, owner-led, founder-led, or exec-led with decision-maker buy-in
  • Businesses where team capacity, throughput, or response time is the growth bottleneck
  • Teams that have looked at AI tools and don't know which to deploy first
  • Businesses in competitive cycles — RFPs, panel renewals, lead-volume pressure, or capacity-bound growth
  • Businesses preparing for an exit, acquisition, or major scale event in the next 24-36 months

Doesn't work for

  • Solo operators — engagement compresses to a 1-week format instead
  • 100+ person organizations — scope expands; different engagement shape, often a different vendor
  • Pre-revenue businesses still finding product-market fit
  • Leadership unwilling to commit 5-8 hours over two weeks
  • Buyers looking for a co-pilot, chatbot, or specific SaaS tool recommendation
  • Businesses that need ground-up CRM/ERP/operations-stack rebuild before AI sits cleanly on top
HOW THIS COMPARES

Why fixed-fee, two-week, partner-led.

Most AI consulting offers come in three shapes. Each has a fit, but each is a different commitment than what Imparo offers. The shapes are worth naming explicitly so you can pick the right vendor — even if it's not Imparo.

The fit call is the right next step.

Worth ten minutes on the diagnostic to see if there's a fit, then a 30-minute call where we share the proposed audit shape and fee for your business. No proposals, no follow-up sequences. If it's a fit, we schedule the audit. If it's not, we'll tell you what we'd recommend instead.
